Employers Breakfast

Complimentary Employers Breakfast - November 24 from 7:30am - 9:30am at the Bobby Orr Community Center in Parry Sound.

Hosted by the YMCA Employment Service com out and learn about:

- Opportunities for employers and candidates to meet through job fairs

- Job matching: offers matching of skills and interest with employment opportunities and an employer's needs.

- Placement and Incentives: Employers may receive financial incentives to provide on-the-job-training. Including apprenticeship training, work experience opportunities and/or skills level/employability assessments and job tests hiring.

- Post employment opportunities

- Support for human resource planning, recruitment and workplace training.

- Outreach to employers to identify job opportunities

- Support to develop workplace/job needs with candidate capabilities

- Matching employer's workplace/job needs with candidate capabilities

- Information sessions on various federal/provincial employment and workplace legislation - workplace safety training, information on accessibility.
